Which international quality standards do your products comply with?
Our metal materials and processed parts all comply with international general standards such as ASTM, DIN, JIS and ISO. Meanwhile, we can customize products that meet special standards such as EU REACH, RoHS or US FDA according to the requirements of the target market.

How soon can samples be shipped?
Standard samples can be shipped within 3-5 working days; customized samples take 7-10 working days. We ship samples via international couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS to ensure timeliness.

Can you provide samples? How is the sample fee calculated?
We can provide up to 2 free samples for standard products, and the courier fee shall be borne by the client (or collect on delivery). A reasonable sample fee will be charged for customized samples, which can be deducted from the subsequent official order.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept small-batch trial orders?
The MOQ varies by product type, and it is usually 500 units for standard products. We accept small-batch trial orders of 1-100 units to facilitate your verification of product quality and market demand, and the price for trial orders is negotiable flexibly.

Will the price change after confirmation of the quotation?
The quotation is valid for 15 working days. If the fluctuation range of raw material prices or exchange rates exceeds 5% during this period, we will negotiate with you in advance to adjust the price to avoid additional costs after order confirmation.
